Aion 2 Cheats Not Working? A Practical Checklist Before You Contact Support
A calm checklist for when the Aion 2 software is not working: requirements, game patches, status updates and what to include in a support ticket.
When something stops working, the cause is usually one of a handful of things. This checklist covers them in the order worth checking, plus what to send support if none of them fixes it.
1. Check the basics
Confirm you are on Windows 10 or 11 and that you are playing the global PC client through Steam or PURPLE. Then check HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM and Secure Boot, which the product page lists as on. Our setup requirements guide shows how to check each of them.
If Windows will not turn Memory integrity on, it normally lists the drivers that are blocking it. Resolving that is often the missing piece.
2. Confirm your license is active
If your key was a monthly one, check that it has not expired. Lifetime access, per the product page, depends on your license staying active.
3. Think about patches
After a game patch, software sometimes needs an update before it works again. The product page says the software is maintained for current NC global PC builds, with live status on the status page. Check that page, and look for notices on Discord, before assuming the problem is on your end.
4. Note what actually happens
Be specific. Does the loader fail to start, does the game launch but the menu never appears, or does it appear and then disappear? Which step did it get to? Also note your display mode, since overlay behavior can depend on it, and ask support if that applies to your case.
5. Open a support ticket
If none of that helps, open a support ticket. Include:
- Your Windows version
- Which of the four settings are on or off
- What you did and where it stopped
- Any error text, ideally with a screenshot
- The time it happened, so it can be matched with patches

Avoid the common mistake
Do not keep relaunching in a loop or run other tools at the same time hoping something sticks. Change one thing, test it, and note the result.
